Lisa Foley, Energy Intuitive

Lisa has been an RN since 1995, beginning her medical career at Mayo Medical Center in Rochester, MN.  She spent 22 years working in post-operative cardiac surgery, heart transplantation critical care, emergency room nursing, post-anesthesia care, a cardiology clinic, and as an ICD nurse educator for the University of Washington's School of Nursing.

As a nursing student, an integral portion of a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and an MN (Master of Nursing) program focuses on treating each patient as a unique individual who is to be addressed holistically... mind, body, and spirit.  Once in practice in a fast-paced clinical setting, Lisa quickly realized that finding the time to adequately address a person holistically was a challenge with the limited time and Western medicine’s focus on the symptoms of disease, rather than the origination of disease.

In 2014 she took her first Healing Touch class to fulfill continuing education requirements for her nursing license.  It was during this class that Lisa discovered her ability to intuitively read chakras and the energy that surrounds a person.  When she placed her hands on a person in an intentional way she was flooded with feelings, images, and auditory flashes that gave her a picture of the person’s life, health, and patterns of thought and behavior that they held which were not serving them.

Lisa spent the next few years taking several more Healing Touch classes and becoming certified in Reiki.  She continued to study Energy Medicine through many different avenues and classes.  In addition to formal study she began to do energy medicine sessions with the beautiful nuns of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Bellevue, WA, friends and family, and with hospice patients through EvergreenHealth, a hospital in Kirkland, WA.

In 2017, after repeatedly being encouraged by those she had taken classes from and people she had the privilege of doing sessions with, she decided to leave traditional nursing to pursue a private practice in Energy Medicine.

Lisa has a clear understanding of the physiology of the human body and is now enjoying helping clients understand how their physical being is intricately intertwined with their spirit and their energetic body.  It is a wonderful combination that allows her to assess and work with a person holistically…mind, body, and spirit.
